Privacy

Short version: we store as little as possible.

• Waitlist: if you join, we store your email, the optional note about what you need, and the time you signed up. We use it only to tell you about Pinklone. Ask us to delete it any time through Saga Dog Corp.
• Broker: your question is matched against the catalog. To word the answer, your message, the last few chat turns and the matched catalog entries are sent to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway. The model provider may keep prompts and responses to improve its models, so don't include personal or confidential details. Pinklone doesn't store your questions.
• Rate limits: to keep the chat fair we count questions per visitor using a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself). Counts are deleted after two days.
• No ad trackers.
